Our one-year programme provides a focused pathway into professional dietetics, combining rigorous coursework with intensive practical training and internships.
Students learn to understand the relationship between food, the human body, medications, preparation methods and health outcomes, giving them the knowledge to translate nutrition science into meaningful professional practice.
