Tomato & Cauliflower Wellness Drink

This week's recipe is a healthy blend that supports prostate health & reduces inflammation
Ingredients (Serves 2)
3 ripe tomatoes
250 g cauliflower
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
4 sprigs fresh parsley
A small pinch of salt
Water, as needed

Preparation
1. Wash the tomatoes, cauliflower and parsley thoroughly.
2. Cut the tomatoes and cauliflower into small pieces.
3. Add the vegetables, parsley and ground flaxseed to a blender.
4. Add enough water to achieve your preferred consistency and blend until smooth.
5. Add a small pinch of salt and serve fresh.
Tip: Avoid straining the drink so you retain more of the fibre from the vegetables and flaxseed.

Cauliflower
